Kale Boost

INGREDIENTS (complete version)

  • 2 packed cups of organic kale
  • 4 large strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 an orange
  • 1 tsp of coconut oil
  • 12 sprigs of mint
  • 7 grams of coffee beans (Yes coffee! Click here to see why)
  • 2 cups of almond milk
  • 6 cubes of ice
  • Recommended dosage of your protein powder brand

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend almond milk and coffee beans together.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients together until smooth and ice is dissolved.
