\ FAQs

+ Where do you get inspiration?

My inspiration comes directly from my client. It is important for me to spend my first consultation fully understanding them and their goals. I want to know the origin of the brand and how they envision it helping their target audience. I love work that tells a story but also does not distract from the brand and message; work that transcends just a product or service, but satisfies a need for the audience.

+ How can I determine what I need at the moment?

Every brand has different needs & strengths, sometimes it’s as simple as getting new branding, or you have no proactive plan for challenges. Take the test to find out what service will serve you best in this moment.

+ How can I progress my idea if I can’t afford a creative consultant?

I have several platforms in which you can progress if you are not ready for consulting. Please subscribe to my newsletter, I send out a monthly email with tons of information that is helpful for the working individual. I also have a podcast entitled Whiskey & Lemon that will include some topics on business and creative advancement. There are other episodes on the podcast that is all about the human experience and how it shapes who we are as people. This is beneficial for everyone working to be better and also for business training programs. You can subscribe on Apple, Spotify, Google, or Stitcher or wherever else you consume podcasts.

+ How do you conduct your consultations?

All consultations are currently done remotely due to COVID-19 . The length of my consultations vary based on the client, but generally last between thirty minutes to one hour.

+ Do you only work with large brands?

I work with brands of all sizes. My acceptance of projects is based on if I feel that I am the best fit for what you need, if I have the availability to provide you with the service that you deserve, and if our business objectives align.

+ Do you only work on retainer?

I work on retainer as well as individual project. This all depends on the type of service that you need. I generally recommend retainers for large brands or companies that require constant creative direction. With that said, in order for me to provide my clients with the best service, I limit how many clients I take on at a time, so being on retainer does have the benefit of not being on a waitlist.

+ Do you have samples of your work?

Yes. Samples are available via request only to maintain the privacy of my clients.

+ I need a full-time creative team, how do I hire them if I know nothing about branding & marketing?

One of the services that I offer is staffing — recruitment, hiring, and training. A common struggle I come across with brands is that they are run by someone who is just not familiar with the creative aspects of running a business. Many people do not have time to figure out the intricacies of branding & marketing, and are busy thriving on the logistical part of their business. Please contact me to set up a consultation; I can either provide some creative consulting, or help you bring on the right person or team to help you and your brand excel in the creative department.

+ My industry is not listed on your homepage, can you still help me?

The areas listed on my website are not the only industries that I have worked in, however they are the main ones. I am more than happy to discuss your creative needs to see if our business objectives align. Please contact me to provide more details on your business and the type of service that you need. If you are not sure, please take the test first.

+ What are your rates?

My rates vary based on several factors, including — industry, project, type, time frame, tools, necessary vendors, and if you are a brand yet to be launched, or already established. I highly recommend taking the test first to narrow down what type of service you may need. If you already know, please contact me to schedule a consultation.

+ I need a social media manager, is that something you do?

Social media is a very important aspect of marketing for brands these days. I am here to help you outline an effective social media plan if you are a new business, not currently utilizing social media, or are just struggling to make it work for you. One of the services that I offer is staffing — recruitment, hiring, and training.
